The 2024 International Council Meeting will occur in NYC during the Greater New York Dental Meeting (GNYDM). In addition to the Council meeting, there will be an International Convocation Ceremony for new ICD Fellows from all over the world, which will be the fifth ICD convocation held at GNYDM. The College will also host social events, continuing education and a celebration party for the new ICD Global Oral Health Leaders Program, in collaboration with Henry Schein. Most of the educational and social programming offered by GNYDM will also be accessible to ICD Fellows.
Travel: Attendees can navigate from the airport to the city from any of the below airports via public transportation, taxis, shuttle buses, car rentals or share rides like Uber/Lyft. Reserve air travel early due to the busy USA holiday season during this time of year.
If possible, avoid flying on Friday, Nov. 29.

Registrations
GNYDM Registration
All ICD Fellows and non-Fellow guests attending any ICD function or meeting at the Javits Convention Center must register for the Greater New York Dental Meeting (GNYDM) in order to access the Javits Convention Center.
ICD Event Registration
All ICD Fellows and non-Fellow guests attending ICD functions must register in advance.

Hotel
After completing your GNYDM Registration, you may book your room at any of the hotels in the GNYDM hotel block, at a discounted rate. This must be done within your GNYDM registration. The preferred ICD hotel is the AC Hotel New York Times Square, but ICD attendees may stay at any hotel on the GNYDM list. All GNYDM provide complimentary shuttle buses to and from the Javits Convention Center. See shuttle bus schedule
