The building of Dr. Primo E. Gonzales Hall at ICD Gawad Kalinga Community in Bataan

The ICD Gawad Kalinga community in Bataan, Philippines, has welcomed a new multi-purpose hall thanks to a generous fund left by the late Master Fellow Primo Gonzales. The Dr. Primo E. Gonzales Hall will house a library, to promote reading among the community’s young people, and an event space for meetings and missions with the ICD. The opening ceremony was held on 13 December 2021 and attended by Section President Fellow Vicky Pangilinan and her sister former Section President Fatima Dizon.
